- Please make sure that you have confirmed with your Dr or COVID rehabilitation team to make sure that you are safe to do so (your condition is stable and you can complete light aerobic activity) and that there is no reason why you should not participate in a programme of exercise.
- Ideally you should have already been increasing your activity levels with walking and daily activities before you start.
- The exercise that you complete needs to be safe and manageable alongside any possible post COVID symptoms (only train on the days that you feel able).
- Start with the lower intensity videos such as the stretch and Pilates, and then progress onto the warm up and light aerobic and resistance videos
- Make sure that you have enough space to complete the session safely
- Wear comfortable clothes that you can move around in and have water available when you are exercising to help keep you hydrated.
- Always start slowly and build up work with how you feel on the day and don’t over exert yourself.
- If you do get over tired during the videos at any point or feel you need to get your breath back- please take a seat and use the breathing technique on the warm up video (at 1 minute 20 seconds), you can always stop the video to do this.
- Any medication that you may need should be to hand (for example: relief inhalers).

Please stop exercising: If you get have any chest pains/ tightness, dizziness or you feel unusually tired, and consult your Dr or Covid Rehabilitation team.
