Aged 11-19?
Then Wakefield Council want to know your views and experiences of the school nursing service.
Because you should have a say over children’s public health services which affect you.
All responses are anonymous and will be used to find out what’s currently good about the school nursing service, and anything it could be doing better to meet what you tell us you need.
