Aidan’s Corner- Introduction

Hello my name is Aidan.
My volunteer job role at Young Lives is Community Champion coordinator in which I create easy to read documents to make them more accessible for everyone.
I also create weekly wellbeing documents for staff members where I give out helpful tips on how to support their health both physically and mentally. I focus on specific topics such as the importance of staying hydrated and how meditation can support emotional wellbeing too.
In my free time I enjoy Doctor Who, the tv show. As well as the Doctor Who audios that a company called Big Finish makes. I also enjoy watching Silent Witness on TV which is also a crime drama.
