CRISIS

If you feel you cannot keep yourself safe or have a plan to self harm (hurt yourself) or take your own life and are going to act on it, TELL someone straight away.

If possible, ask the person you tell to stay with you until you can get help and advice.

Contact CAMHS (Children and Adolescent Mental Health Service) on 01977 735865 or the REACH team if it’s after 5pm (on the same number) or speak with your GP.  If you need urgent help or medical treatment go to Pinderfields A&E or ring 999.

Or call the Samaritans 116 123 or Text SHOUT to 85258

We Want to help!

You may not be able to see a way to stop these feelings right now, but there are more positive solutions out there. Try to put some time between these thoughts and any actions, so you are able to get help
