Need a Chat?

Talking can be a way to cope with a problem or share a worry, and can improve how you feel.

We’re here to help

Sometimes things can feel confusing, upsetting, or a bit too much.
You might not know what to do — and that’s okay. You don’t have to deal with it on your own.

Talking to someone can really help. They don’t have to fix everything — just being listened to can make a big difference.

It’s okay if you don’t know what to say, you feel nervous or you just want someone to listen.

If something is on your mind, you could try talking to someone you trust, like: A parent or carer, teacher or someone at school, a youth worker or group leader or another safe adult in your life.

If your not ready to speak to someone, that’s okay too.

You could write your thoughts down, draw how you’re feeling, try one of the activities on this site. Sometimes this can help you feel a bit more ready.

See below some organisations that can help

If you feel unsafe or really worried, it’s important to tell someone as soon as you can.
