Talking can be a way to cope with a problem or share a worry, and can improve how you feel.

There are different places you can go to if you need to chat to someone. Below is a list of organisations who can help you.

Shout:
Shout is for anyone who urgently needs help with their mental health and is available 24 hours a day.
Text ‘Shout’ for free to 85258 and someone will get back to you.

Samaritans:
Samaritans is a service for people who need someone to talk to. Samaritans will listen and won’t judge or tell you what to do.
You can call Samaritans anytime for free on: 116 123
