In Crisis?
If you feel you cannot keep yourself safe or have a plan to self harm (hurt yourself) or take your own life and are going to act on it, TELL and adult straight away.
If possible, ask the adult you tell to stay with you.
If you feel you cannot talk to them face to face, write them a note and it give it to them.  You are important and they will want to help.
They can ring Wakefield CAMHS (Children and Adolescent Mental Health Service) or the REACH team – 01977 735865  if it’s after 5pm (on the same number), speak with your GP or take you to A&E or ring 999 if you need urgent help or medical attention.
