We’re here to help you stay safe. You may feel that you that you cannot see a way to stop these feelings right now. But there are other options and solutions out there, and you don’t have to act on these thoughts and feelings.

In Crisis?
If you feel you cannot keep yourself safe or have a plan to hurt yourself or take your own life and are going to act on it, TELL an adult straight away and ask them to stay with you.
If you feel you cannot talk to them face to face, write them a note and it give it to them. You are important and they will want to help.
You can ask the adult to ring Wakefield CAMHS (Children and Adolescent Mental Health Service) or the REACH team – 01977 735865 if it’s after 5pm. They can also speak with your GP or take you to A&E or ring 999 if you need urgent help or medical attention.
