5 Ways to Wellbeing

What do we mean by well-being?

What do we mean by well-being?

Well-being is generally feeling well, healthy and happy with life. You can use our 5 ways to well-being to get on track.

Give

Giving your time to help someone, for example: with crafts, games or sports etc.

Give a smile to someone who looks sad.

Keep learning

Try learning five words in some new languages; maybe you could try to sign them.

Pick a topic, find five interesting facts about it and write them down.

Be active

Create a new dance.

Try a new exercise like star jumps, squats or jogging on the spot.
