Want to CHAT?

You can talk to our youth workers about anything, good things as well as things that are worrying you. Please note this is not a counselling service.

Shout:
Shout is for anyone who urgently needs help with their mental health and is available 24 hours a day.

For more information you can visit the Shout website: www.giveusashout.org

Samaritans:
Samaritans is a service for people who need someone to talk to. Samaritans will listen and won’t judge or tell you what to do.
You can call Samaritans anytime for free on: 116 123
Or you can email them at jo@samaritans.org (it may take a few days before you get a response by email).

Our Drop In and Chat service isn't running at the moment, but you can send us an email to support@wf-i-can.co.uk (it may take a few days before you get a response by email).

In the meantime, please check out some of the links to services below.

Our confidentiality statement means... We are here to listen to you. We aim to keep everything you tell us confidential so that you can talk to us about anything that is bothering you. There are times however when we cannot promise to do this. If we think that you or someone else is at risk of harm or in any danger, we must pass this information on to other professionals. We have a duty of care to keep you safe.
