What is bullying?

Bullying is when a person or group deliberately tries to make someone feel upset, scared or ashamed. People can be bullied because of being different, maybe because of how they look, their race, ability or identity.

Bullying comes in many forms. For example, it may include name calling, hitting, or spreading rumours. It may also include threatening, stealing or things excluding you. Online bullying, on the other had, involves sharing images without your permission. It can also mean posting hurtful comments, excluding you from chats or trolling.

It is not your fault and you should report it and seek help as soon as you can.
