Sexual Relationships

Choosing whether to have sex is personal. There shouldn’t be pressure to do something because your friends are doing it, because you’re in a relationship or because you think it’s expected. You have the right to decide if, when and what you’re comfortable with.

Consent matters every time and applies to every sexual activity.

You can:

  • say no
  • change your mind
  • stop at any time
  • agree to one thing but not another
  • decide you’re not ready.

Nobody is entitled to sex because you’re dating them, because you’ve had sex before or because they’ve bought you something.
